SAIL Championships & Classics (CHCL) Scratch Request Form

  • Inform the swimmer that scratches are $25.00 per event except for a Medical Reason, documented by a physician.
  • This fine is charged to the team, payable to SAIL. The team is responsible for collecting the fine from the swimmer. The SAIL Championship/Classics Scratch Fees report lists all of the assessed scratch fees.
